Emily’s First Fireworks
Since we wouldn’t be able to make it to the Friday night July 4th fireworks in Evanston, we instead traveled Thursday night to the nearby town of Park Ridge for their fireworks show. Emily found it interesting at first, but soon grew bored. So she wasn’t disappointed that we left before it was over to avoid the traffic.
